Your order will be shipped via UPS Ground, within 24 - 48 hours from receipt, from our headquarters in Minneapolis, MN.  You will be notified and receive a UPS tracking ticket, via email when your gift boxes ship and when they are delivered to your customer.
 
For estimated transit days, please click on the UPS map. If you need to deliver your order sooner, we also offer UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air Saver. For any other special requests, just give us a call.
 
Orders are processed with a 'Shipper Release' (Deliver Without Signature), in case the recipient is not at home at the time of delivery. We believe this helps to ensure a timely delivery and the freshest cookies for your customers, friends and family. If this is an issue, please let us know and we will request a “delivery with signature”.
 
All UPS shipping charges are calculated based on weight, distance, and method of shipping selected. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
